The delivery charges on our website are as follows. For orders above Rs 1500/- the delivery is free,Prepaid orders below Rs 749/-the delivery charge is Rs 50/-COD orders below Rs 749/- The delivery charge is Rs 100/-  The estimated delivery time is 2-3 days may extend to one or two day in case of any disruption in the transit process.     There are no hidden charges and price listed for any product is inclusive of all the taxes and final.We at Candybox strive to deliver products in most of the parts of India however there are certain locations where we cannot ship and deliver the product. Presently we deliver products in Kolkata only 

Return Policy We have 10 Days return policy from the date of delivery of the product, please do inform us about the return within 24 hours of receiving the order, so that we can manage the return pick up as early as possible. If you fail to report the return within 24 hours of delivery of the product, no return request will be accepted, To initiate a return please contact us at candidfashions@gmail.com or you can call our customer care no 9883681323 NOTE: No product shall be accepted if the original tag and label is missing while return or exchange of the products. No Returns categories: Lingerie, Inner-wear, Socks, Clothing Freebies, Perfumes, Deodorants, Personal Hygiene.Please keep the invoice safe and undamaged and send it along with return order and mail the soft copy to candidfashions@gmail.com. Return shipment charges are to be borne by the customer only.
